Critical Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked (potatoes, lettuce, rice, beef, sausage). Education was provided to improve date marking procedures.

3717-1-07.1(C) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Conditions of use.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Improper use of a poisonous or toxic substance. An unapproved pesticide was being used at the bar to combat drain flies. The PIC immediately removed the product when the violation was identified and education was provided to improve pest control methods.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Missing and/or incomplete allergen declaration(s). The packaged desserts did not include proper labels with ingredients and other required information. The PIC immediately discarded the items once the violation was identified and education was provided to improve future labels.

Repeat Raw fruit and/or vegetables not washed properly because there is no designated food preparation sink. Continue to use a strainer to wash produce until the proper sink can be installed.

Repeat Re-use of single-use articles used as food storage containers (sour cream and cottage cheese)..

Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Multiple pieces of non-commercial equipment (toaster, freezers, blender, etc.).

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean (cold holding equipment, cooking equipment, exhaust hoods, storage racks and shelving).
