| 3717-1-05.1(S)(2) Repeat The plumbing system was not properly maintained. A sewer-like odor was found originating from the floor drain in the women's restroom at the time of inspection. PIC showed documentation a licensed plumber has been out to the facility. To prevent health hazards, a plumbing system shall be properly maintained. Investigate cause of odor and make the necessary repairs.  |

Ensure hand sinks are only being used for hand washing. The remaining violation shall be corrected as soon as possible and will be checked during next standard inspection. |
