| The mobile FSO was operating at the Kent park's art in the park festival. No violations were documented at the time of inspection. PIC demonstrated excellent knowledge regarding food safety. No employees were observed ill. Observed proper handwashing and glove use when required. Food products were prepped at tap root catering located in Kent (licensed RFE). The operation has a water tank and no hook-up was observed. Waste water will be disposed in the mop sink at tap root catering location. |
