| Complaint on 01-May-2019 : An inspection was conducted in response to a recent customer complaint. The customer stated that food was eaten from Taco Tontos at approximately 6pm on 4/29. Meal included black bean sweet potato burrito with cheese and jalepens and cilantro sauce. The customer experienced symptoms (stomach cramps, vomiting, fever, chills, and body aches) at approximately 4am on Monday. The PIC stated that no employees have been ill in the last 3 weeks. The PIC stated that no other customers have reported illness. The PIC was able to describe a proper employee sick policy with proper documentation. There were no critical violations at time of inspection. Proper food safety procedures were followed at time of inspection (handwashing, gloves, temperatures, storage, date marking, etc.). The PIC will contact the Kent City Health Department if additional customers and/or employees report symptoms. |
