[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable in the reach-in refrigeration unit holding TCS foods.

3717-1-06.1(M) / Outer openings - protected.
Repeat Outer opening not protected. Observed doors to the storage sheds not tight fitting (behind and side of building) and door to the main store.

3717-1-06.4(H) / Cleaning and maintenance of plumbing fixtures.
Repeat Plumbing fixtures unclean in the employee restroom.

3717-1-05.4(P) / Maintaining refuse areas and enclosures.
Repeat Improperly cleaned storage area for refuse, recyclables, or returnables. Observed trash scattered throughout the property. Observed garbage bags of items in the small shed behind the building.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed damaged floors, walls, ceilings throughout the building and sheds. Stained ceilings throughout. investigate and repair leaks. Areas are difficult to maintain clean.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises. Observed old equipment and plastic containers throughout the exterior of the property.

3717-1-06.2(I)(1) / Lighting - intensity (10 FC)
Repeat Light intensity less than ten foot candles in dry storage shed. Wire leading to light appeared to be damaged.

Comments
Due to the facility not having a three-compartment sink, there is no means to properly clean and sanitize the coffee dispensing equipment and shall be removed, used for employees, or for customers to use for free.
Extension cords shall only be used for temporary use. Ensure extension cord ran to the dry storage shed is being used safely. Please consult with the Fire Department.
A facility review is required prior to any extensive alterations to the facility. Please contact the Health Department prior to construction.

The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
