| Ensure handwashing occurs prior to returning to there task after the employees breaks task (including leaving the truck). Observed mobile FSO in good working order and employees were knowledgeable in food safety regarding the operation. Please contact ODA (Ohio department of agriculture) regarding a processor/warehouse registration for the 2nd floor of the student center. Provide documentation when able. The violation documented shall be corrected and checked during next standard inspection. |
