Three-compartment sink is recommended to have a faucet installed to allow for more efficient warewashing process. Backsplash behind the three-compartment sink appears to be peeling away from the wall and shall be repaired if damaged or difficult to clean. The violations are to be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
