No violations were documented at the time of inspection. Observed employees to have hair coverings, hands clean and properly maintained, clean uniforms. Observed the Hand washing and 3 compartment sink to be properly supplied with hot and cold running water. Employees were able to answer inspectors questions correctly. Observed unit to clean and organized. Okay to operate. Notes: All foods shall be properly date marked, labeled, and covered before leaving the commissary. |
