Complaint on 17-Jun-2020 : An inspection was conducted 6/19/20 in response to a recent customer complaint. The customer was concerned about masks and social distancing guidelines not being followed by the staff. Proper COVID19 protocols were discussed with the staff (masks, social distancing, hand washing, etc.). The PIC was aware of the requirements and stated that additional training would take place with the rest of the staff. |
