3717-1-03 / Food - safe, unadulterated, and honestly presented
Corrected During Inspection Food was unsafe, adulterated, or not honestly presented. Observed food product in a dented can stored on shelving rack in the dry storage room. PIC stored dented can in the desginated location.

3717-1-03.2(Y) / Miscellaneous sources of contamination.
Corrected During Inspection Observed maintenance workers servicing the hood system with tool bags placed on prep surfaces. The PIC spoke with workers about placing items on prep tables and spoke with employee to clean the area when the workers were finished.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Repeat Low pressure for hot water supply at the handwashing sink in the warewashing area.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Repeat Floors floor drain under the tilt kettles at the far end of the kitchen not maintained clean.
