| Inspection was conducted in regards to a follow-up on a complaint. Observed fly tape and house-made traps placed in the corner away from food preparation in the specialty drink area. Recommend hiring a license pest control company for preventative services. Observed an accumulation of liquid food debris on multiple equipment in the specialty drink area. Ensure equipment in that area are clean to sight and touch. The violation documented shall be corrected and will be checked during the next standard inspection. Complaint is now considered closed. |
