[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-05.1(O)(2) / Using a handwashing sink - other uses prohibited.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed employee filling up a clear container in the handwashing sink closest to the office. PIC stated they will discuss handwashing usage with employees.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed steamer equipment in the back of the kitchen leaking water in multiple areas and one of the legs appear unstable.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed non-food contact surfaces of equipment for multiple pieces of equipment and prep table areas.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Repeat Low pressure for hot water supply at the handwashing sink in the warewashing area.
