Utility service lines and pipes improperly exposed or installed for the new drink dispensing equipment at the drive thru window. Drain lines were installed on the floor and shall be installed off the floor for easy cleaning.

An inspection was conducted in regards to multiple complaints.

Per complainants: 1) An employee walked into the store then into the kitchen without wearing a mask. 2) Employee was not wearing a mask or face coverings. Other employee was not properly wearing a mask. 3) Customer ordered a Coke which he claims tasted like cleaning chemicals.

Complaint findings: Observed employees correctly wearing masks while in the building. Maintenance employee was without a mask while doing outside work and on break. Discussed proper mask wearing during the inspection. Observed a new drink dispensing equipment at the drive thru window. PIC stated that they have not received any complaints regarding a chemical tasting drink. Drink lines appeared in good condition and straws were observed protected. Handwashing occurs after using sanitizer wiping clothes.

Complaints are now considered closed.
