3717-1-03.2(K) / In-use utensils - between-use storage.
In-use utensils improperly stored. Observed stir spoons being stored in a cup of water.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed non-food contact surfaces of the dessert display case and area with an accumulation of food residue and debris. PIC stated the area gets cleaned at the end of the day or when the products are completely sold out. Ensure the general area is being maintained clean.
