Comments
This mobile FSO food service operation) inspection was conducted per the request of the owner for approval to be operate. All required documentation has been provided and approved. The mobile FSO is approved to operate with the understanding that the following shall be completed:

1) Hand soap, paper towels, trash can, and handwashing sign (Employees Must Wash Hands) at the designated hand sink. Sign was provided.
2) When operating at night, proper shatter proof lighting shall be provided. At least 50 foot candles is required.
3) A sufficient amount of pressure should be supplied to the sinks. Ensure pressure is not decreasing after a few seconds.
4) Obtain a food grade water hose for potable water when needed.
5) Ensure there is a means to discharge waste water correctly (in sanitary sewers).
6) A refrigeration unit shall be obtained. Please provide the make and model number.
7) Recommend obtaining PIC training certification.
8) All Food Preparation is required to be completed on the mobile FSO. No preparation is permitted to be completed within a residential home.
9) Recommend contacting the Kent Fire Department regarding the fire code requirements before operating.
10) Mobile FSO license fee for the amount of $310.00 before operating. Check received during inspection. Check #1068
