[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Observed refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods (spinach, cheese) not properly date marked at the time of inspection. Facility shall only receive foods that are properly dated from Stanton Middle School (commissary)

3717-1-03.2(D) / Food storage containers - identified with common name of food.
Working food containers not properly labeled. Observed three containers not labeled with the comon name of the food at the time of inspection. PIC stated the containers will be emptied and was syrup from the other day.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Observed the interior of the drawers of the preparation tables where clean utensils are stored with a build up of dirt and food debris at the time of inspection. PIC stated utensils are cleaned before uses.
