3717-1-04.1(H) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleanability
Repeat Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed the warming equipment at the serving window and the fryer basket area in poor condition.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Observed sewer-like odor from floor drain in the pizza prep area and odor from the prep sink at the smoothie prep area. Ensure grease trap is being maintained and the floor drains.

Repeat Observed leaking water from faucet at the prep sink. Manager stated other sinks may be leaking and need to be repaired.

3717-1-06.2(I)(3) / Lighting - intensity (50 FC)
Light intensity less than ten foot candles in required areas. Observed light meter reading of 3-5 foot candles in the retail walk-in refrigeration unit and freezer, light meter reading of 3-5 foot candles in the main walk-in refrigeration unit.
