Food employee(s) did not have their hair effectively restrained. Observed the PIC preparing food without proper hair and beard restraint at time of inspection.
To prevent contamination, food employees shall effectively restrain or cover hair to keep their hair from contacting exposed food, clean equipment, utensils or linens or unwrapped single-service or single-use articles.

| Complaint on 09-Aug-2016 : Regarding complaint: An inspection was conducted due to a recent complaint from a customer that claims a hair was found in the food from Taco Tontos. At time of inspection, the PIC was reminded of proper hair restraint requirements. All employees shall practice proper hair/beard restraint when preparing food. |
