Complaint on 04-Oct-2022 :
An inspection was conducted in regards to a complaint.

Per complainant:: Last Thursday evening, for dinner, she went to Eastway and had the Mediterranean chicken and half way through, realized the chicken was raw. She spent the entire evening in the bathroom and was unable to do anything Friday.

Complaint findings: Observed facility verifying chicken is fully cooked at two different points in the process. Temperature logs are being kept and no issues were observed. Observed proper hand washing and glove use. No further reports have been made.

Per discussion with PIC, they were unaware of any concerns from students about getting sick. No recent employees have called off sick based on the operation's sick policy. PIC stated they will make all managers aware of the report.

The complaint is now considered closed.
