| This 30 day inspection was delayed due to scheduling issues with the operator and licensor. No violations were documented at the time of inspection. Observed proper backflow has been installed on the coffee water connection. Observed handle to microwave was replaced. Observed cooler and freezer to be holding foods at acceptable temperatures and health sensor lock out feature was demonstrated in a acceptable manor. Recommend posting ODH Choking poster in the vending room area. |
