Critical Corrected During Inspection Employees are not informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report information about their health. Multiple employees failed to sign the employee sick policy. Issue corrected once the violation was identified.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked (sausage, spinach, and salmon). Education was provided to improve date marking procedures.

3717-1-05.1(L) / Handwashing sinks - location and placement.
Repeat Handwashing sink not conveniently located in ware washing area.

3717-1-02.2(G) / Jewelry - prohibition.
Food employee wearing jewelry on arms or hands during food preparation (bracelets).

In-use utensils improperly stored. Scoops were improperly stored with handles in contact with food. Plasticware was stored improperly with handles going in opposite directions.

Repeat Multiple surfaces are damaged and no longer smooth, durable, and easily cleanable (floors, walls, cabinets, shelving, countertops, etc.).

A large amount of newly acquired used equipment is being stored in the unused secondary kitchen.
