| This inspection was completed per the request from owner to renew a Low Risk MRFE license. This operation with be a Tent Set-up. No violations were documented at the time of inspection. Observed multiple properly labeled cottage food bake goods during inspection. A signed application for a Low Risk Mobile RFE and payment (check #2005) for the amount of $184 was received at the time of inspection. Okay to Operate Details of the MRFE will be printed on the back of the license. All mobile units must have identification on the body of the unit or with in the retail space at least 3” tall and 1” wide which contain the following information: · Mobile unit name · City, State, Zip code · Area code and phone number If MRFE operates after sunset, ensure proper shatter proof lighting is provided. License will be mailed once processed. Original MRFE License must be present at all times the Mobile Unit is in operation. |
