Single-service or single-use articles displayed or dispensed properly. Observed exposed paper cups at the front service counter.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed an accumulation of debris on the gaskets and door frame for the under counter refrigeration unit. Damaged gaskets shall be replaced to allow for cleaning.

A written procedure shall be available for review if time instead of temperature for public health control (4-hour hold/TILT) is used for the creamers.
Observed time instead of temperature not being used at the time of inspection. Shelf stable creamers were being used.
Equipment and items that are no longer used within the facility shall be removed.

The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
