| Complaint on 16-Jan-2024 : Inspection was conducted in regards to a complaint. Per complainant: Caller claims there is a flying insect issue at store. They wanted to purchase donuts but was turnoff due to the bugs crawling all over them. Complaint findings: Observed no issue with flying insects at the time of inspection. The display case was in need of cleaning. Per discussion with PIC: They sold out of donuts earlier in the day and have not yet been able to clean the display case. Discussed deep cleaning the general area. PIC mentioned they have been working with a licensed pest control company to ensure the building is pest free. Complaint will now be considered closed. |
