| Discussed COVID-19 protocols (face coverings, social distancing, cleaning and sanitizing, sick policy, etc.) during the inspection with the person-in-charge. Ensure Volunteers/Monitors are following the same COVID-19 guidelines as other employees (symptom assessment prior to working,etc.). The air drying rack shall be warewashed daily to preclude accumulation of debris. The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection. |
