| This consultation inspection was completed per the request of the operator regarding the removal of the Coffee/Cafe self-service counter. The following required in order for Licensor approval: 1) Provide approval/consultation review from the Kent Building official. 2) Repair flooring to be smooth, durable and easily cleanable. 3) Seal up the right side of the cabinet (soda counter) at the floor and wall junctures. 4) Provide a coved finish around to floor/cabinet and wall junctures. 5) Patch and paint exposed dry wall to be smooth, durable and easily cleanable. 6) Provide make and model numbers of new equipment to be installed. 7) Provide an updated layout of the RFE showing the new equipment locations or provide a completed plan review application. 8) The front counter hand wash has been removed. This restricts the RFE to not being permitted to brew or prep any food or beverages outside of the back room. At this time the RFE has been altered without Licensor approval. |
