| This mobile FSO truck has undergone a standard pre-licensing inspection (not in operation at the time of inspection) and has been approved to renew the MFSO with the understanding the following will be completed before operating: 1) Contact the ODA regarding a processor/warehouse registration for the 2nd floor of the student center which is being used to hold and stored TCS foods and used to process foods for the MFSO. Provide documentation when able. 2) Complete the corrections per the Fire Safety inspection by the Kent City Fire Inspectors. 3) Hoods and ventilation fans are need of service/cleaning. 4) Clean under fryers, clean fryers and replace the old oil before use. 5) Recommend servicing the potable water containers to ensure water is potable. 6) Submit a signed application and payment for the License renewal. Okay to operate once license application and license fees a have been submitted to the KCHD. |
