[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-05.3(C) / Sewage and other liquid waste: Backflow prevention.
Critical Repeat Direct connection between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed. Observed the drain from the hold holding steam tables was not provided with a proper air gap.

Critical Repeat Direct connection between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed. Observed cold holding display unit (Grab and go) condensation drainage line was directed into a food grade container. Condensation shall be directed to a sanitary sewer and drainage line shall be provided with a proper air gap.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Repeat Corrected During Inspection Cold holding display equipment thermometer was located incorrectly or not easily readable in the location at the time of inspection. Temperature measuring device shall be up front and visible.

3717-1-03.4(F)(1)(b)/Time/temperature controlled for safety food - cold holding.
TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. Observed naked juice cooler to be holding juice at 45 to 50 degrees F at the time of inspection. Repair/adjust/replace cooler to hold TCS beverages at 41 degrees F and above. All Juice that has been observed in cooler shall be discarded (in cooler longer than 4 hours).

Observed Naked juice cooler to be holding foods at correct temperatures.

All staff shall ensure that the temperature measuring devices in cold holding units are not pushed to the back to coolers when re-stocking.

Manager stated that the plumbing issues on are in the process of being fixed by the university.

All violations will be rechecked at the next standard inspection.
