[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.2(Y) / Miscellaneous sources of contamination.
Food not protected from contamination. Observed employee lunches and items stored with the operation's products in the reach-in refrigeration unit.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed crockpot,griddle, refrigerator/freezer unit, etc. that is not approved commercial equipment. PIC stated some items are not used. Items that are longer in use shall be removed from the facility.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Non-food contact surface not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed the door/door seal of the warewashing machine not maintained clean. This equipment is currently being used as an air drying rack.
