Ensure hand sink is accessible at all times and carts are not stored in front.
The air drying rack shall be warewashed daily to preclude accumulation of debris.
Cooked TCS foods shall be hot held above 135 degrees F prior to serving unless the food is served immediately.
The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
