| Inspection was conducted in regards to a follow-up to a recent complaint. Observed fly strips placed in acceptable areas away from food and clean items. Observed the majority of flying insects removed from the facility, but a few still near the floor drain by the drive thru window and in the men's rest-room. Per discussion with management, the floor drains will be cleaned immediately and will continue to work with there pest control company to remove and prevent flying insects from being in the facility. The complaint will be further checked during the next standard inspection. |
