Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed ice build-up in the walk-in freezer.

3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
No sanitizer test kit available.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed interior of the refrigeration next to the ice machine not maitnained clean. Ensure high touch surfaces such as door handles and door gaskets are being maintained clean.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Floors near the steamer equipment and tilt kettles not maintained clean. Discussed proper cleaning of equipment with employee. Ensure cleaning and sanitizing is occuring for "in place" warewashing.
