| This inspection was completed per the request from owner to be issued a MRFE licensed for 2023. No violations were documented at the time of inspection. The MRFE has been approved to be issued a 2023 MRFE license. Observed proper labels, signage, and set-up at the time of inspection. Okay to Operate once a signed application and license fee (for the amount of $330) is submitted to the KCHD. Application for license was provided at the time of inspection for license number JSMH-CGZNLK. Restrictions of the MRFE will be printed on the back of the license. No hand washing sink is required. Recommend providing NSF approved hand wipes. Foods to be sold are limited to Cottage foods that have been manufactured and labeled according to the Ohio Cottage Food Rules If MRFE operates after sunset, ensure proper shatter proof lighting is provided. Complete ingredient labels must be provided at all for all items sold. Cottage foods made in Ohio can only be sold in Ohio. . License will be mailed once processed. |
