| Complaint on 21-Oct-2020 : Inspection was conducted in regards to a complaint. Per complainant: The restaurant was overcrowded. Complaint findings: Observed facility with a temporary occupancy that is acceptable. Management has limited the facilities seating and has tables spaced out according to current guidelines. Per discussion with PIC, The operation does not allow waiting in the front lobby and customers are asked to wait outside in there cars. Discussed operating procedures during busy hours and were acceptable. The complaint is now considered closed. |
