| Complaint on 04-May-2020 : Inspection was conducted in regards to a complaint. Per complainant: Employees and managers handing out wrong orders, receiving the food back after it was touched by a contaminated guest and then proceeding to give the exact same food to someone else where it isn't sanitized and contaminated. Complaint findings: The FSO has a corporate policy regarding returned food and is to discard food or not accept food that is returned from customers. No violations regarding the complaint were observed during the inspection. Per discussion with PIC, management will educate and ensure all employees are following safe practices specifically when it comes to returned foods as discussed. The complaint is now considered closed. |
