[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-04.2(B)(1) / Manual warewashing - three compartment sink required.
Critical Repeat Observed the facility was not equipped with a three-compartment sink at the time of inspection for the manual washing, rinsing, and sanitizing of utensils.
To prevent contamination, a sink with at least three compartments shall be provided for manually washing, rinsing and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
3717-1-05.3(C) / Backflow prevention.
Critical Observed a direct connection between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment (dipping well basin) in which utensils were placed at the time of inspection.
To prevent health hazards, a direct connection may not exist between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed. Eliminate this direct connection.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Observed equipment (household blender) at the time of inspection that was not approved by a recognized testing agency.
To prevent health hazards, food equipment that is acceptable for use in a FSO shall be approved by a recognized food equipment testing agency. Remove this unapproved equipment.
3717-1-06.2(E) / Handwashing signage.
Observed no handwashing sign posted at handwashing sink used by employees in the front service area at the time of inspection.
To encourage proper handwashing, a sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees.

Overall, the facility appeared clean at the time of inspection. Observed employees washing hands in the handwashing sink that was installed in the front service area of the facility, and in-use utensils were properly stored between uses in operational dipping wells. A large basin sink in the back of the break room was designated as a service sink.
The person-in-charge stated that the installation of a 3 compartment sink for warewashing was included in the facility plan.
