Observed equipment components (door seals for reach in cooler) were not intact, tight or properly adjusted at the time of inspection.
To ensure the reach in cooler continues to function properly, equipment components such as seals shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed an accumulation of food debris in the door gasket for the reach in cooler at the time of inspection.
Clean the food debris from the door gasket and provide regular cleaning that maintains all equipment clean to sight and touch.
3717-1-05.1(I) / Service sink - number.
Repeat Observed no service sink or curbed cleaning facility at the time of inspection as required.
At least one service sink or one curbed cleaning facility equipped with a floor drain shall be provided and conveniently located as specified in this rule.
3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Repeat Observed items (papers, envelopes, etc) stored in ways that encroach upon working space at the time of inspection.
The premises shall be free of Items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the RFE such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used and litter. Organize all papers and other items in the facility.
