Complaint on 01-Jun-2020 :
An inspection was conducted in regards to a service request filed with the health department.

Request: Concerned that the business is not following the CDC guidlines for COVID-19, employees are not doing temperature checks, social distancing is not being followed in the back and also the front when busy, and employees are not wearing face coverings.

Addressed service request with the manager of the food service. Per discussion with manager, they have reviewed the Ohio mandatory and recommended best practices and implemented them in there facility. There is a thermometer in the facility and is strongly encouraged to use before starting work. Customers are being seated every other table to comply with social distancing requirements.

Findings: Observed no social distancing issues at the time of inspection. Observed masks being worn except the kitchen staff in the back by the cook line. A Justification letter on why employees are not wearing masks should be available on upon request. CDC guidelines are not mandatory to follow but the Dine Safe Ohio Order is required to be followed. A few handouts with mandatory information was provided and manager posted them at the entrance and employee entrance.

The service request is now considered closed.
