No violations documented. Observed all single service items stored at least 6 inches above the floor at the time of inspection. A hanging thermometer was in use for measuring internal temperature of the reach-in cooler. Operation appeared clean at the time of inspection. After ware-washing, dishware must be allowed to air dry completely before used for food. Operation has placed a new microwave into service that is commercial grade and NFS approved. Provide model number and serial number for this new equipment. In the future, contact the City of Kent Health Department for approval prior to placing any new equipment into service. |
