The Sanabel's packaged cucumber salad does not include proper labels (address, quantity, dates, ingredients, and sub-ingredients).

3717-1-03.2(G) / Washing fruits and vegetables.
Corrected During Inspection Raw fruit (melon) not washed properly. The RFE does not have a designated food preparation sink to wash melon before cutting and packaging. The PIC immediately removed the items from sale once the violation was identified.

Very clean RFE. Very knowledgeable PIC.
The RFE currently does not have a food preparation sink to wash fruits/vegetables. A food preparation sink is required to wash, cut, and package melon.
The RFE currently receives Mediterranean food (hummus, tabouli, baba, falafel, grape leaves, spinach pies, etc.) from Sanabel's without proper labels. A proper label includes ingredients, sub-ingredients, address, quantity, and dates.
