Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces are unclean. Observed container used for popcorn at the end of operation on the shelf in the back storage room with an accumulation of food residue and debris. PIC removed container and placed it in the three-compartment sink and stated it should be warewashed daily.

Food employees wearing jewelry on arms or hands (watches) during food preparation.

Observed an ice bucket used to transfer ice to bins not maintained in good working order (damaged/cracked plastic pieces at the rim).

No sanitizer test kit available.

3717-1-06.4(M) / Storing maintenance tools.
Maintenance tools improperly stored. Observed maintenance tools on the countertop next to the front hand sink.
