Critical Corrected During Inspection Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. Raw eggs were stored over RTE foods in the cold holding unit. The PIC immediately corrected the issue once the violation was identified.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked (tomatoes). The PIC immediately and voluntarily discarded the food once the violation was identified.

Corrected During Inspection Cups, napkins, and to-go containers were stored on the basement floor.
