| Complaint on 10-May-2023 : An inspection was conducted in response to a recent complaint. The caller states that the FSO is not clean and there is a pest infestation. At time of inspection, there was no evidence of a pest infestation. Also, the FSO was recently (5/2/23) serviced by a pest control contractor (Akron Pest Control) for prevention and monitoring. The contractor report does not indicate an infestation. Cleaning violations were documented. Please see standard inspection for additional details. |
