Complaint on 24-Jul-2020 :
Inspection was conducted in regards to a complaint.

Per complainant: The bar is operating like normal. Customers are allowed to move around the building without masks. Staff is not wearing masks in the bar, behind in the kitchen. Bowling process does not seem to be follow the guidelines. No hand sanitizer was available for use. Overall, the operation does not seem to be following any of the responsible restart guidelines. Someone needs to check them out while they are busy with bowling and volleyball. No one is being required to wear a mask by staff.

Complaint findings: Observed mask being worn by employees and guests at the time of the inspection. Bowling and volleyball guidelines were reviewed and were in compliance. There were multiple hand sanitizer stations throughout the facility. Discussed guidelines with the owner and they ensured staff at all operating hours are and will be following the same procedures.

The facility was in compliance with Health Director's current orders for the pandemic and for the items listed by the complainant.
The complaint will now be considered closed.
