Complaint on 14-Jul-2020 :

An inspection was conducted 7/15/20 in response to a recent customer complaint. The customer was concerned about improper mask usage by employees regarding COVID.

The employee was wearing a mask at time of inspection and prior to the inspection. Signs were posted asking customers to space at least 6 feet apart.

Proper COVID19 protocols were discussed with the PIC (masks, hand washing, cleaning, social distancing, employee screening, etc.). The PIC was very knowledgeable about proper protocols and compliant with the guidelines.

Additional signage was added to the front door at time of inspection notifying customers not to enter if sick or showing COVID symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath, etc.).
