Non-food contact surfaces not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed microwaves and area around microwaves not maintained clean.

Flooring shall be smooth and easily cleanable. If grout between tiles is found to be missing repair to allow for easy cleaning.
Ensure the warewashing machine is being monitored to ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of equipment.
Continue to clean hard to reach areas specifically around the grill line.
The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
