Critical Person in charge did not ensure their employees are properly trained in food safety. Observed multiple critical violations at time of inspection (chemicals and hand sink access).

Critical The main bar handwashing sink not accessible due to three large trash cans blocking the sink and soap..

Food not protected from contamination. A sticky fly trap was stored over the ice bin at the patio bar.

A re-inspection will take place on 5/7/19 at 1pm to confirm that violations have been corrected.
The PIC was educated about all violations, especially the critical violations. The PIC stated that the critical violations would be corrected immediately and the staff would be re-trained.
