[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-04.1(H) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleanability
Observed wood shelving in the walk-in unit that was not designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning or maintenance at the time of inspection.
To allow for easy cleaning, nonfood-contact surfaces shall be designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and to facilitate maintenance. Wood shelving shall not be used in the walk-in cold holding unit.
3717-1-04.4(A)(1) / Equipment - good repair and proper adjustment.
Observed the ice machine/soda dispensing equipment not maintained in good working order at the time of inspection. Per discussion with PIC, the equipment is broken and will be removed from the facility.
To prevent health hazards, equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under rules 3717-1-04 and 3717-1-04.1 of this code. Repair, replace, or remove equipment from the facility. If new equipment is put in, ensure the drainage line of the ice machine has a properly installed air gap
3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Observed the plumbing fixture for the service sink and the hand sink in the restroom not maintained in good repair. Observed dripy faucets for both sinks.
To prevent health hazards, the physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. Repair or replace plumbing fixtures for the sinks listed above.
3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed a build-up of dirt and debris on the floors in the following locations: (1) in the cabinets on the back wall at the customer self drink service area. (2) under the warewashing sink (3) under display shelves in the store area. (4) all other head to reach areas.
To prevent health hazards, the physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed. The areas listed above shall be cleaned and maintained.
3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Observed mop being dried using an unapproved method at the time of inspection. Mop was being stored in dirty water.
To prevent health hazards, After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies. Discontinue storing mop in dirty mop water when not in use. Recommend installing a mop hanging device to allow for proper drying.
