Critical Corrected During Inspection Food in an RFE must be embargoed due to baby food or formula is expired. Observed multiple pouches and jars for sale past the best by date. PIC removed products from sale.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Unnecessary or litter on premises in the back mop room and the small room next to it.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Floors under the back storage racks and the back corner of the retail store not maintained clean. Boxes shall be stored up off the floor to allow for cleaning.
