Critical Repeat Handwashing sink not accessible. Observed handwashing sink near the mixer equipment blocked by a tall 2-door freezer. Observed employees using the main hand sink and owner stated the unit will be relocated. No prep is occuring in this area until needed (due to covid).

Single-service or tableware (plastic spoons) not handled, displayed, or dispensed properly. Observed lip contact surfaces facing upward in container at the drive-thru window.
3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed an accumulation of food residue and other debris on the following nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment: 1) Shelving in walk-in refrigeration. 2) Walls under the condensor and behind the shelving unit in the walk-in refigeration unit (cardboard shall not be used as a shelf liner). 3) Gaskets and handles for multiple freezer and refrigeration units (damaged gaskets shall be repaired).

Repeat Walls and ceilings not smooth and easily cleanable throughout the facility. Observed unfinished surfaces and missing ceiling tiles within the facility. Observed damaged paint and surfaces on the exterior of the walk-in refrigeration unit and the door for the walk-in freezer.

| Complaint on 05-Mar-2021 : Per complainant: This location is not at all covid safe- I would say that they are the opposite of covid safe. No employees wear masks. I can see them through the Windows walking around without a mask in sight. No gloves either. I can hear them over the speaker in the drive thru calling customers dumb for wearing masks. I know of a few employees that have gotten COVID while working there but the owners did nothing about it at their store. I worry about the spread of this disease because this location is not safe about it at all. It has been going on for a while and I am sick of seeing it. Complaint findings: Observed COVID-19 protocols (face coverings, social distancing, cleaning and sanitizing, sick policy, etc.) acceptable at the time of inspection. Complaint was addressed with owner. The complaint is considered closed. The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection. |
